- What counts as an AI lead?
- One AI lead is one company or one contact discovered by AI. A search that returns 10 companies with 1 contact each uses 20 leads. Email verification never counts against it.
- Why is the CRM free?

- Whose mailbox does the email come from?
- Yours. Prospexly connects your Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP account and sends through it, so mail is delivered under your own domain reputation and replies land in the inbox you already watch.
- Do bonus credits expire?
- No. Referral and bonus credits sit on top of your monthly allowance and carry over indefinitely. They are only spent once the monthly allowance is used up.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- AI features stop and tell you exactly which limit you reached and what to do about it. Nothing is deleted, the CRM keeps working, and your allowance resets at the start of your next billing period.
